Question A : There is also a Ramtec Robi  in Finland, what is the relationship between  Ramtec CN and the one Finland ?
Answer A :    The predecessor of the Ramtec CN was the agent of the Ramtec Finland in the Northern region of China. In 2010, as one of the agents
                       of Ramtec Finland in China, we registered a company named Ramtec CN in China to promote the Robi brand products of Ramtec
                       Finland. In 2013, Ramtec CN established its own manufacture factory and began to research and manufacture hydraulic breakers and
                       attachments, using and registered the Ramtec brand series products. The two companies used to be cooperative partners, but the
                       products produced by the two companies are totally different now.

Question B : Why is the warranty period 18 months ?
Answer B :    Because Ramtec CN`s core spare parts are all produced by our own company without outsourcing procurement, we have strong
                       confidence in selection materials and heat-treatment control, which can ensure that customers use the products confidently within the
                       warranty period (without human damage) and provide corresponding guarantees.

Answer C :    Our long-term experience in technical support and on-site working, allows us to have a large amount of all kinds Excavator data, which
