Question A : There is also a Ramtec Robi in Finland. What is the relationship between Ramtec CN and the one in Finland?
Answer A : The origins of Ramtec CN trace back to being an agent for Ramtec Finland in Northern China. In 2010, as one of its agents,
we formed Ramtec CN to showcase and market Robi brand products from Ramtec Finland. By 2013, Ramtec CN had launched its own
manufacturing facility, focusing on the creation of hydraulic breakers and attachments, under our registered Ramtec brand.
While the two companies initially worked closely together, today, our product lines have distinctly evolved apart.
The products produced by the two entities are now entirely unique.

Answer B : Our confidence in offering an 18-month warranty stems from producing our core components in-house. By controlling the
material selection and heat-treatment processes, we ensure our products will perform reliably throughout the warranty period,
